The data controller for your personal information is Szoto, a bar located at ul. Bracka 3/5, 31-005 Kraków, Poland (hereinafter: "the Bar", "we"). For data-related enquiries, contact us at szoto@gmail.com.

Contact form

We collect your first name, email address, and message content solely to respond to your enquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures).

Google Analytics 4

If you consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC, USA) to measure website traffic anonymously. IP anonymisation is enabled — no data transmitted identifies you directly. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).

3. Recipients of data

Contact form messages are not shared with any third parties. If you consent to analytics, data is transferred to Google LLC (USA) under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.

4. Retention periods

  • Contact form messages — up to 12 months after the last communication.
  • GA4 analytics data — in accordance with Google Analytics retention settings (14 months by default).

5. Your rights (GDPR)

Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data (Art. 15),
  • Rectify inaccurate data (Art. 16),
  • Erase your data — "right to be forgotten" (Art. 17),
  • Restrict processing (Art. 18),
  • Data portability (Art. 20),
  • Object to processing (Art. 21),
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
