Terms & Conditions — Szoto

1. General

These terms govern the use of Szoto bar located at ul. Bracka 3/5, Kraków, Poland (the "Bar"). By entering the Bar, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Age restriction

The Bar serves alcoholic beverages exclusively to persons aged 18 and over. Staff may ask for proof of age before serving alcohol. Persons under 18 are not permitted on the premises.

3. House rules

The following are strictly prohibited on the Bar's premises:

• Bringing in or consuming alcohol purchased outside the Bar,
• Use of illegal substances,
• Aggressive, abusive, or disruptive behaviour towards staff or other guests,
• Photographing or filming staff without their explicit consent.

The Bar's management reserves the right to refuse service or ask any guest to leave without giving a reason.

4. Responsible alcohol service

Szoto operates a responsible alcohol service policy. Staff may decline to serve any guest who appears to be heavily intoxicated or poses a risk to themselves or others.

Prices listed on the menu are in Polish złoty (PLN) and include VAT.

5. Liability

The Bar accepts no responsibility for personal belongings left on the premises. Guests are fully liable for any damage they cause to the Bar's property.

6. Reservations

Groups of 10 or more require prior reservation by email: szoto@gmail.com. No booking deposit is required.

7. Complaints

Complaints regarding service or products may be directed to the duty manager on site or submitted in writing to szoto@gmail.com.

8. Miscellaneous

The Bar reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The current version is always available at szotobar.pl/en/terms. Polish law governs any matters not covered by these terms.
